Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, the ability to influence others to alter their approach to achieve new levels of success, a knack for teaching and mentoring others, and a strong proficiency in leveraging data to drive sales and improve efficiencies. Additionally, this individual will manage and enhance our online and digital marketing efforts to maximize our agency's reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership and Training:
- Motivate, Lead, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the sales skills of team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement in sales techniques and performance.
2. Data-Driven Sales Strategies:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Hold sales team members accountable to not only KPI’s, and sales goals but meeting and building relationships with centers of influence.
3. Digital and Online Marketing Management:
- Oversee the agency’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
- Help oversee content creation, including SEO influenced topics, scripts, etc..
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the sales team.
- Utilize technology and automation tools to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative burdens.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales role preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong ability to teach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive sales and operational improvements.
- Experience managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing software tools.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
